It all depends on what your objective is.  Typically it's one of four things.

• You want to raise your own
• You want beef ready to butcher 
• You want to join our CSA
• You want to buy a steak today

If you want to raise your own beef, then you need to come to our headquarters and select the calf that best suits your needs. You can see what we have available on our Livestock page and make a tentative selection based on that.  But you really need to come out and see the calves in person.  Each calf has it's own personality. You need to observe them and make a selection based on your goals. 


If you want beef ready to butcher, then you only need to determine how much you want.  We offer our feeders in quarters, halves, and wholes.  If you're not familiar with buying meat that way check out are Quarters &  Halves page for important details. You can then go to our Sales page and make your selection.  However, we cannot butcher until the whole animal is sold.   


If you want to join our CSA, then go to our downloads page; download and submit an application.   


If you want to buy a steak today, then you need to go to your local grocery store or butcher and ask for your favorite cut of all natural grass-fed beef.  We do not supply individual cuts of meat.
